Read the Notte skill and follow its setup instructions when setting up Notte or building browser automation. This is the shared source for CLI setup, authentication, and the browser-to-code workflow.
Vercel Eve discovers authored tools from your app’s agent/tools directory. The runnable TypeScript example registers read_page, which reads a title through Playwright on Notte.

Set up

Use Node.js 24+, a Notte API key, and your configured Eve model provider. Follow examples/eve/README.md to run the example or copy its tool into your app.

How it connects

Each call creates a three-minute Notte session. The tool connects over CDP, reads the page, and stops its owned session in finally, including after navigation errors. CDP credentials stay in the app runtime; the model receives the title and session ID. Native Eve compilation, real browser navigation, cancellation, and cleanup are tested. Paid model turns and hosted deployment remain unverified.
