Read the Notte skill and follow its setup instructions when setting up Notte or building browser automation. This is the shared source for CLI setup, authentication, and the browser-to-code workflow.
Save a browser capture to Box with the Python and TypeScript examples in examples/box. Notte hosts the browser; the Box API stores the PNG and verifies its size and SHA1 metadata.

Set up

Use Python 3.12+ or Node.js 24+, a Notte API key, and a Box access token from your app in the Box Developer Console. Clone the Notte repository and open examples/box. Set NOTTE_API_KEY and BOX_ACCESS_TOKEN. Optionally set BOX_FOLDER_ID; the default 0 uses the authenticated account’s root folder. For Python, create a virtual environment, install requirements.txt, then run python main.py. For TypeScript, run npm ci then npm start. No local browser installation is needed. The example closes its Notte session before uploading. Its result contains box_file_id and the stopped browser’s session_id. The verified file remains in your Box folder. Developer tokens expire after 60 minutes and are for testing. For a deployed workflow, use Box OAuth or server authentication.
