# hasCredential

Check whether the vault holds credentials for a website, the counterpart
of `BaseVault.has_credential`. Never rejects for a missing credential.

if (!(await vault.hasCredential('https://github.com/'))) {
  await vault.addCredentialsFromEnv('https://github.com/');
}
```

```typescript theme={null}
NotteVault.hasCredential(url: string): Promise<boolean>;
```
