Start an agent task (non-blocking) - mirrors Python start method

```typescript theme={null}
Agent.start<T>(data: AgentRunRequest & { response_format: z.ZodSchema<T>; }): Promise<AgentResponse>;
Agent.start(data: AgentRunRequest): Promise<AgentResponse>;
```
